A meeting dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity awareness and information security was held at Samarkand International Airport for employees of AIR MARAKANDA.
During the session, specialists from the Cybercrime Prevention Department of the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Directorate briefed participants on current cyber threats and the latest forms of digital fraud. Employees were introduced to practical measures aimed at identifying and preventing cyber risks in both their professional and personal activities.
Particular attention was given to protection against phishing attacks, recognizing malicious links, identifying fake online accounts, and safeguarding personal and sensitive data. The experts also shared recommendations on maintaining digital security and reducing vulnerability to increasingly sophisticated cybercrime schemes.
The initiative reflects AIR MARAKANDA’s commitment to strengthening cybersecurity awareness among its workforce and fostering a culture of responsible and secure use of digital technologies in an increasingly connected environment.
