Objects found in the terminal, including at security checkpoints and airport parking lots, are delivered to Lost and Found and stored there. In case of loss of things and valuable items in the territory of the terminal, you should contact the information desk staff.

Lost and found bureau

  • Forgotten, lost and found items in the terminal, requested by the owner, are issued on the basis of the "Act of registration of the issuance of a forgotten, lost, found item in the terminal" filled out by an employee of the "Lost and Found in the Terminal"

  • If the owner is located in another city and cannot be present in person, it is necessary to issue a power of attorney for the person who will have the right to receive the lost thing.

  • You must confirm your right to possession in order to receive things: provide a passport, as well as describe in detail the lost thing, indicate the place and time of loss, or in any other way confirm that this thing really belongs to you. Storage period: 30 days
