Rules
If an application is submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure/arrival of the flight, the Application is considered urgent. When submitting an urgent request, the cost of the service will be increased by 25%.
If you submit an application less than 8 hours before the departure/arrival time of the flight, AIR MARAKANDA reserves the right to refuse to provide the service.
In case of cancellation of the Request, send a Request for cancellation of the service at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure/arrival time of the flight. In case of cancellation less than 4 hours in advance, a fine of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
*Air Marakanda reserves the right to temporarily suspend commercial passenger services in cases of official events involving heads of state, international forums, national-level activities, or for other technical and operational reasons.
