Rules
An application for booking a VIP lounge must be sent at least 24 hours in advance.
If an application is submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure/arrival of the flight, the Application is considered urgent. When submitting an urgent request, the cost of the service will be increased by 25%.
If you submit an application less than 8 hours before the departure/arrival time of the flight, AIR MARAKANDA reserves the right to refuse to provide the service.
In case of cancellation of the Request, send a Request for cancellation of the service at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure/arrival time of the flight. In case of cancellation less than 4 hours in advance, a fine of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
