23 January 2025, Samarkand. Air Marakanda congratulates Azimut Airlines on the two-year anniversary of the launch of flights on the Mineralnye Vody - Samarkand - Mineralnye Vody route.
23 January in 2023 was a landmark date: it was on this day that Azimut Airlines first opened direct flights from Samarkand International Airport to the Russian resort city. This event had a positive impact on the development of the tourist destination of the Samarkand region and provided residents of the city with a convenient way to visit the popular Russian resorts. Flights from Mineralnye Vody provide passengers with easy access to Zheleznovodsk, Pyatigorsk, Essentuki, Kislovodsk, and the city of Lermontov.

Regular flights operate three times a week according to the following schedule:
Mondays and Fridays departure from Mineralnye Vody at 23:05, arrival in Samarkand at 4:05, return departure from Samarkand at 13:50, arrival in Mineralnye Vody at 15:10.
On Wednesdays, departure from Mineralnye Vody at 23:05, arrival in Samarkand at 4:05, return flight from Samarkand at 5:05, arrival in Mineralnye Vody at 6:20. The time for each airport is local.
The air carrier also connects Samarkand by direct flights to such Russian cities as Ufa and Sochi.
