Business class passengers (except Turkish airlines) and members of airline bonus programs can use the services of the CIP lounge. Special categories of passengers, participants in airline loyalty programs (in accordance with the policies), participants in travel loyalty programs, as well as passengers, regardless of the ticket class, who pay for the service themselves.
CIP-lounge passengers may pass a boarding gate outside the general queue.
The infrastructure of the CIP lounge is equipped to serve passengers with limited mobility. Duty-free shops, cafes and restaurants, green areas and a playground are located in the immediate vicinity.
