May 9, 2024, Samarkand. Within the framework of cooperation between Air Marakanda and Uzbekistan Airways, a direct flight between Samarkand and Nizhny Novgorod, a city located in the European part of Russia, has been launched for the first time.
The opening of the first Uzbekistan Airways flight between Samarkand and Nizhny Novgorod took place in the terminal of Samarkand International Airport, where special treats were organized for passengers.
The launch of this route will have a favorable impact on the tourism potential of both cities, contributing to the development of cultural and business exchange between Uzbekistan and Russia.
Flights from Samarkand to Nizhny Novgorod will be operated once a week on Thursdays according to the following schedule:
Departure from Samarkand at 09:20, arrival in Nizhny Novgorod at 11:10.
Departure from Nizhny Novgorod at 12:30, arrival in Samarkand at 18:00.
