June 17, 2024, Samarkand. Uzbekistan Airways in cooperation with Air Marakanda launched for the first time a direct flight between Samarkand and Irkutsk, an ancient Russian city located in eastern Siberia.
During the inauguration of the first flight to Irkutsk, departing passengers were offered specialty treats in the terminal of Samarkand International Airport.
Flights from Samarkand to Irkutsk will be operated once a week on Sundays according to the following schedule:
Departure from Samarkand at 08:15, arrival in Irkutsk at 15:50.
Departure from Irkutsk at 17:45, arrival in Samarkand at 19:50.
