Rules for commercial filming at Samarkand International Airport
1. General Provisions
1.1 Commercial filming on airport premises is carried out only with official permission from the administration.
1.2 The purpose of filming may be advertising, image-building, PR campaigns, and other projects that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the internal rules of the airport.
1.3 All filming must be conducted in compliance with aviation and transport security standards, as well as occupational health and fire safety rules.
2. Procedure for Obtaining Permission
2.1 To organize filming, it is necessary to submit a written request to the airport press service no later than 5 business days before the planned date.
2.2 The application must specify:
- purpose and format of filming
- proposed dates and times
- list of filming crew participants (full name, passport details)
- equipment list
- airport areas where filming is planned
2.3 Permission is issued in writing after coordination with the relevant airport services (aviation security service, operational services, etc.).
3. Conditions for Filming
3.1 Access to restricted airport facilities is allowed only when accompanied by an authorized airport employee.
3.2 It is prohibited to film objects and areas related to aviation security, unless provided for by separate coordination.
3.3 The filming crew is obliged to comply with the airport's internal regulations and not interfere with the technological processes of passenger and flight services.
3.4 The use of drones, stationary lighting equipment, and other technical means is possible only with separate permission.
4. Responsibility and Restrictions
4.1 All materials obtained during filming are subject to preliminary approval by the airport press service before publication.
4.2 In case of violation of the established rules, the airport has the right to suspend or terminate the filming process.
4.3 Damage caused to airport equipment or property shall be compensated by the filming organizer.
5. Final Provisions
5.1 Commercial filming may be conducted only after receiving written confirmation of access.
5.2 The airport reserves the right to refuse filming without explanation.
5.3 All disputes are resolved through working procedures with the airport administration.
