Procedure for Airport Fees and Ground Handling Tariffs
1) Aircraft service fees are charged by LLC "AIR MARAKANDA" based on agreements (contracts) concluded with aircraft operators.
2) In the case of aircraft return to the apron (provided there is no change in commercial load), an additional passenger service charge is levied at 50% of the applicable tariffs. The terminal use fee and passenger security fee are not charged.
3) When an aircraft is diverted to an alternate airport due to weather conditions or technical reasons (without commercial purposes):
a) The tariff for commercial passenger service is charged at 50% of the applicable rate if passengers are disembarked to the terminal for waiting the flight. If passengers leave the terminal (for a hotel, etc.) and additional check-in is required, the full commercial passenger service fee is charged at 100% of the applicable rate.
b) The terminal use fee and passenger security fee are not charged.
4) The airport slot violation fee is not charged in the case of:
a) Delays in departures or if an aircraft is diverted due to weather conditions at the departure airport or along the flight route to the next landing point;
b) Delays in departure or forced landing of an aircraft due to an emergency situation caused by unlawful interference with civil aviation activities.
5) When servicing passengers through VIP or CIP lounges, passenger service fees are charged in full.
